WHAT THE PRESS SAY ABOUT NICK DOODY“A refreshing change…Sharp witted, but never sharp-tongued” THREE WEEKS ★★★★★“Probably the most interesting of this year’s slew of comedians whose acts deal with religious faith. Dull subject? Hilarious show” - THE LIST’S TOP 20 UNMISSABLE SHOWS“You will see many shows before you see another comic hit so hard with such grace…quite brilliant. “ - THE SCOTSMAN ★★★★★“A fully considered, from the heart, yet darkly hilarious hour examining blind belief…He explains himself in such a way, and with such spell-binding warmth that it’s difficult to feel offended.” - THE LIST MAGAZINE ★★★★★“Excellent hour of stand-up, handled with intelligence, originality and some cracking gags to boot” - THE METRO ★★★★★“The Festival Top 10: Comedy” - THE SUNDAY TIMES ★★★★★“I love Nick Doody. Doody is like a drunken, gagged-up Richard Dawkins, brilliantly shooting down superstitions with songs and sucker-punchlines” - THE INDEPENDENT ★★★★★“This is Nick Doody’s first show. I already want to buy tickets for his second” - THE SCOTSMAN ★★★★★“This is simply the best unadulterated, gimmick-free hour of pure stand-up I’ve seen so far this Fringe.” - CHORTLE ★★★★★“All hail Nick Doody…true comedy gold: polished, rich in material and a find among all the fools.” - METRO ★★★★★“A no-nonsense stand up comic who is genuinely funny” - THREE WEEKS ★★★★★
